SMS / Email First
- Rent reminders and payment linksUse H4R Twilio, a certified Android/Ferocity sender, or approved BYO texting after credentials are verified.
- Email fallbackUse email when texting is unavailable, opted out, or not connected. SMS is recommended when available because tenant response is usually faster.
- Hybrid routingKeep rent links on Twilio while conversational promise/follow-up texts use Connect when that workspace is certified.
- Health checksUse `/connect` to see failed SMS/email, sender health, backup status, and whether routing is live or setup-only.
- Private-beta browser runnerFacebook/Messenger watching can be tested with a dedicated signed-in browser, but it is not the default subscriber setup yet.
