Computer Requirements
- Dedicated browser profileUse a Chrome profile signed into the Facebook account that will answer leads. H4R stores the connector label and token, not the Facebook password.
- Always awakeKeep the computer plugged in and set sleep to Never while plugged in. The connector cannot watch or send while the computer, Chrome, or browser profile is closed.
- Choose a runnerUse the Chrome extension for the simplest setup, or the Windows Connector Agent when you want auto-start, restart, status logs, and cleaner support.
- Installed message watcherLoad the H4R message watcher extension or configure the Windows agent, pair it from `/connect`, and leave watcher mode running.
- Guarded sendingStart in observe or review mode. Move to guarded automatic only after a real test confirms lead capture, reply quality, duplicate prevention, and owner escalation.
- Health checksUse `/connect` to see last heartbeat, last observation, last send, failures, queued actions, and which listing a conversation is tied to.
