Help / Support Check
Plain-language diagnostics for non-technical users. Read-only unless a separate action is approved.

This check looks at alerts, backups, SMS/email delivery, connectors, billing, and leasing activity for the selected workspace.
Technical report for H4R / Codex support

SMS / Email Setup Path
Start here for tenant reminders, rent payment links, promise follow-up, and delivery fallback. Facebook/browser automation is private beta for now.
Safest defaultH4R Twilio for rent reminders and payment links.
Hybrid owner setupTwilio for rent links, Ferocity/Android for conversational follow-up.
Email fallbackUse email when texting is not connected, opted out, or unavailable.
Setup-only pathsBYO Twilio/Resend need verified credentials before live sending.
Listing Quick Actions
Separated by listing so owner actions, links, and connector testing do not get mixed together.
Facebook / Browser Connector — Internal Beta
Facebook / Browser Connector
Private/internal use for now. It depends on a persistent signed-in browser profile or Windows agent, so it should not be treated as a normal subscriber feature yet.
Messaging Computer / Browser Runner — Internal Beta
Messaging Computer
Use this mainly for H4R-owned testing right now. Facebook/Messenger watching needs a logged-in browser that stays awake, which makes it more fragile than SMS/email routing.
Runner choiceChrome extension for simple setup, Windows agent for auto-start/restart/logs.
RequirementBrowser profile stays signed into the business Facebook account.
PowerComputer stays plugged in and awake while the connector is active.
ControlPair, pause, revoke, change mode, and inspect logs here.
BillingMessaging automation is included in plans; sender/provider costs and managed setup can be separate.
SMS Senders
Choose how tenant texts should send for this workspace. Existing H4R Twilio remains the live default unless routing is explicitly changed and tested.
Workspace SMS & Email Routing
Hybrid mode lets rent/payment-link reminders stay on H4R Twilio while conversation-style follow-up can use Ferocity/Android. BYO Twilio and BYO Resend are setup options, but live sending still needs verified credentials and secrets before they can replace H4R-managed providers.
Workspace Backups
Create a workspace-scoped download and confirm the last backup did not silently fail.
