Bank/card statements need statement review: keep the original file once, split debits into separate candidates, exclude credits/transfers/duplicates by default, and approve only selected charges. Do not approve a full statement total as one expense.

H4R can use an approved jurisdiction template when one exists; otherwise the downloaded notice leaves the response deadline blank. Month/balance breakdowns only appear when the approved template calls for them. Reconcile any outside Excel/manual ledger before serving.
