How you give consent (opt-in)

Consent is collected through a clear opt-in checkbox on our forms (for example, the rental application) where the tenant affirmatively agrees to receive account-related SMS messages from Homes4Rent.net. These messages are not marketing.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages.
Reply HELP for help.
After opting out, you may still receive non-SMS notices required by law or the lease (delivered by other methods).

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier messaging rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
