Account notifications

We may send you account-related notifications (email/SMS) such as rent reminders, receipts, and notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out

You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS does not change your obligations under your lease and does not prevent the Property Manager from providing required notices by other methods.
